Nature of Service

SereneHer Spa provides home massage and spa services for women in Delhi NCR. Our therapist visits your home, hotel, or PG to deliver the session in person. Since this is a personal service (not a physical product), it cannot be returned, resold, or exchanged once delivered.

No Advance Payment

SereneHer Spa operates on a cash on delivery model. You pay in cash only after the session is complete. Since no money is collected before the service, there is no pre-payment to refund.

Cancellation Policy

Before therapist departs: Cancel free of charge on WhatsApp. No penalty.
After therapist has departed: If the therapist is already on the way to your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel costs. This will be communicated on WhatsApp before confirmation.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the session, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will:

Investigate your concern
Offer a complimentary re-session or partial adjustment on your next booking where appropriate

Since payment is made in cash after the session, you always have the option to discuss any concerns with the therapist during the session itself — including adjusting pressure, technique, or ending the session early.

No Returns or Exchanges

As a personal wellness service, massage sessions cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another person once delivered. This is standard practice for all in-person service businesses.
